COSMICAL Aspect

, among astrologers, is the aspect of a planet with respect to the earth.

Cosmical Rising, or Setting, is said of a star when it rises or sets at the same time when the sun rises.

But, according to Kepler, to rise or set cosmically, is only simply to rise or set, that is, to ascend above, or descend below, the horizon; as much as to say, to rise or set to the world.
