,—a loyal subject and king’s-man, who enters into a society of armed men to oppose by force and arms any Reform, or attempt to a Reform of the Representation of the People in Parliament, aand further, to be ready at any riot, to pull down the houses of all Jacobins and Dissenters, who either oppose our holy Religion, or our holy political Institution, which they call a Government!
