Wrongs, Public

.—If all the wrongs taht exist in this world under different governments were to be written down, the whole earth, to use the language of scripture, “would not be able to contain the books that might be written.” As a specimen of such a vast voluminous work, it would take to record the public wrongs of England, more than ten hundred thousand millions of folio volumes, small print, and no margin!
