Marheinecke (17801846)

Marheinecke, a German theologian, born at Hildesheim; professor successively at Erlangen, Heidelberg, and Berlin; was a Hegelian in philosophy; his chief works, a “System of Catholicism” and a “History of the German Reformation” (17801846).
