Ch. afterwards Dean of that house, was consecrated Bishop of London in 1611. and died in sixteen hundred twenty and1621. one; under which year you may see more of him among the writers. To him succeeded Dr. George Mountaigne Bishop Almoner, sometimes Dean of Westminster, who was translated from Loncoln to London 20. July 1621.
