, a lawyer of Nuremberg, was born there in 1662. He became counsellor to the duke of Meinungen, and bailli of Cobourg,' at which place he died in 1747. His works are chiefly these: 1. “Iter Juridicum, per Belgium, Angliam, Galliam, Italiam.” 2. “Lexicon Topographicum Franconia3.” 3. “History of the Duchy of Saxe-Cobourg,” in German. 4. “Thoughts on the Suppression of Mendicity,” in the same language. 2
