Wilson, Sir Daniel (18161892)

Wilson, Sir Daniel, archæologist, was born in Edinburgh, became in 1853 professor of English Literature at Toronto; wrote “Memorials of Edinburgh,” “Prehistoric Annals of Scotland,” “Prehistoric Man,” &c. (18161892).
