Krapotkin, Prince Peter, a Russian Nihilist, born in Moscow; became a member of the International (q.v.); was arrested in Russia and imprisoned, but escaped, as also in France, but released, and settled in England; has written extensively on Socialistic subjects; (b. 1842).
