Ægineʹtan Sculptures

Sculptures excavated by a company of Germans, Danes, and English (1811), in the little island of Ægiʹna. They were purchased by Ludwig, Crown Prince of Bavaria, and are now the most remarkable ornaments of the Glyptothek, at Münich.
