Manifesto

,—an assemblage of lies and deceit, used by crowned villains and their military slaves to justify their usurpations, injustice, and treachery. That which was published by the duke of Brunswick, in the names of the Emperor and the King of Prussia, exceeds by far every thing of the kind. If the ancient chiefs of the Huns and Vandals had known how to write, they would have preceded their invasions by manifestos less barbarous and inhuman, and less absurd.
