Pattieson (Mr. Peter)

Introduced by Sir Walter Scott in the Introductions of the Heart of Midlothian and Bride of Lammermoor. He is represented as “assistant” at Gandercleugh, and author of the Tales of My Landlord, published posthumously by Jedidiah Cleishbotham.
